V.V.        Guest Speaker, John B O’Reilly, Mayor, City of Dearborn

Mayor John B. O’Reilly provided an overview and update on Dearborn Matters and Projects.

  • The Mayor described the Community Task Force, a group of Community members who will be meeting over the course of the next few months to help articulate the priorities and key issues of the five-year city plan.

  • The Mayor described the beneficial economic opportunities when winning the demonstration project status for the Intermodal Train Station development in Dearborn.  Once Dearborn completes and proves eligibility over the next three years, the next phase will ensue.
